Can I place a bulk or customized order?

Yes! We welcome bulk and customized orders for organizations, events, or special Fulbright-related occasions.

To discuss options, pricing, and availability:

  • Email us at info@fulbright.org with details about your order, including quantities and any customization requests.
  • Our team will follow up with a quote and instructions.

Please note that bulk or customized orders may have different processing and shipping timelines than standard orders.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order and only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Because we ship quickly, most orders begin processing soon after purchase.

What if my order has already shipped?

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns for any reason other than receiving an incorrect or damaged item.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered in the event that you receive:

  • An incorrect item, or
  • A damaged item

Refunds are not available for any other cases, including change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or dissatisfaction.

How do I request a refund for a damaged or incorrect item?

Please email info@fulbright.org with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Photo documentation of the incorrect or damaged item.

Our team will review your request and respond with next steps.

What if the package was marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Please check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office.
We are unable to issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please email us as soon as possible with the updated address. We are not able to modify or reroute packages once they begin processing. If the order ships to the incorrect address, we are unable to refund or replace the order.

Do you offer exchanges?

No. We do not offer exchanges.
